Founded on the essential duality of the worship of the King, and the kingship of His people, the ForReign mission is a faith-based diplomatic mission resolutely aligned with God’s vision for humanity to “reign on the earth” (Rev. 5:10).

Chief of Mission
Aligned with God’s governmental order for His people and His world, Alicia M. Liverpool is the founder of Reign Global and the pioneer of the faith-based diplomatic mission, ForReign.
Founded on the essential duality of worship and kingship, the ForReign mission is for the reign of all people, peace, and progress in our world.
As the leader of the mission, Alicia completed studies in protocols and diplomacy from 2018-2021 with the UN Immersion Program (UNITAR), the Diplomatic Academy of the Caribbean, the Global Diplomatic Forum (GDF) Academy, and the IEP Ambassador Program for peace ambassadors.
From 2021-2022, she was etiquette certified, launched the LEAD initiative for faith-based ambassadorial training, and successfully participated in the online Harvard Professional Development Ethical Leadership program in September 2022.
With a history of devotion, diligence, and distinction since 2000, Alicia’s work remains resolutely bilateral for the increase of His worship and His government and peace in our world.
The Reign Community proudly celebrated its milestone year of 25 years in February 2025, a quarter century of increasing the worship of the King, and the kingship of His people, ForReign—for the reign of people, peace and Kingdom progression in our world.
From a small group initiative in 2000 to remarkable growth in 2025, this significant milestone serves as a testament to the devotion, diligence, and distinction that have been the cornerstone of our journey thus far. Reaching the 25-year mark is definitely something worth celebrating, and we are celebrating all year long with the WK Tour 2025.

WHY REIGN?
The ForReign Mission 2025-2030 Strategy prioritizes:
People:
The ForReign Mission has increasingly taken up the cause of equity for all people. This increased focus is rooted in its founding principles of the dignity and dominion of divine-humanity, the justness of all human beings (2 Sam. 23:3), and the Kingdom practice that “kingship is not forced” (John 6:15).
In July 2022, by its resolution 22/01, the mission enacted The Reign Act as our formal commitment and declaration “to do justice and righteousness” for the benefit of all people, and as tangible expressions of His government in contributing to a culture of peace and progress in our world.
Peace:
At ForReign, we are resolute about “the increase His government and peace” in our world (Isaiah 9:7). This includes a continued diplomatic role to increase our capacity to peacefully manage disputes, ensure respect for all people through faith-based diplomacy, and promote the foundational importance of being a peacemaker as an indispensable component for the well-being and progress of humanity.
Progress:
The ForReign mission was founded on the conviction that “of the increase of His worship and His government,” people’s lives would progressively change for the better. Twenty-five (25) years later, and with the distinctive history of her own progressive journey recorded in her spiritual memoir: "Here Comes The Reign,” Alicia M. Liverpool remains actively committed to Kingdom progress “from glory to glory” (2 Cor. 3:18).
